TAKE YOUR FIRST STEPS WITH GPYS
* You could Volunteer to Host GPYS Groups in your Back Yard Or * You can get Paid $7.00 an Hour by Leading GPYS Group Gatherings. * 10 Kids (Minimum) per group from your Neighborhood. * 1 Hour Per Week. * Additional Group Incentives- Add .50 Cents per each additional group- after the initial 10 Groups * Complete Application Process and All Background Checks and possible Orientation Training Process.
* Just 2 Hours a day at 5 days a week Monday - Friday = 10 GPYS Group Gatherings at $70.00 Week. * Add Just 2 more groups and add $1.00 more an Hour = 12 GPYS Group Gatherings at $96.00 Week- Only 12 Hours a Week * Orientation Training Process to advance to other GPYS Programming Activities * Add Hours by Adding GPYS Programs for GPYS During School Activities. * Additional Activities Incentives- Add .50 Cents per additional Activity just 5 Activities at 1 Hour a day = $10.00 an Hour at 17 Hours a Week = $170.00 Week.
* Additional Program Incentives- Add .50 Cents an Hour for additional program. Example- An Before School Program and After School Programs= 2 programs. This Level at 1 Program will bring you to full time hours. * Right Now you are at $10.00 Hour. With just an After School Program at 40 Hours a week = $400.00
* Additional Program Incentives- Add .50 Cents an Hour for additional programs. * The Beauty of the GPYS Advancement Incentives is your hourly pay keeps increasing with additional Programs and Responsibilities. * Case Example: No Additional Hours but get an increase in pay for additional programs. * You decide to work at a GPYS Summer Day Camp- You still add to the hourly of your During and After School programs. * Potential- you can work up to $20.00 Hour at 40 Hours a Week = $ 3,200.00 a Month * Mentoring other staff is also part of the GPYS Advancement Incentives to increase Hourly wage. This is only the Beginning!
